This personal data protection policy (the ‘Policy’) illustrates the commitment of Benoît Gérard (Waytogo) – registered under the number BE 1016.251.875 and whose offices are located at rue Achille Demasy 6, 1367 Mont-Saint-André – as data controller with regard to respect for the privacy and protection of the personal data of its users and customers.
Therefore, this personal data protection policy (the ‘Policy’) has been drawn up to enable you to become aware of the practices and conditions under which Benoît Gérard (Waytogo) collects, uses and stores your personal data (the ‘Data’).
You will find here the different Data that we may collect and process or that you may transmit to us when you access and/or use our Internet site.

Your invoicing data will be kept for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. The rest of your data will be kept for five (5) years. Your credit card details, for all purchases, will be kept for thirteen (13) months from the debit date, in the event of any disputes regarding the transaction.
Finally, Data collected by means of cookies or tracers will be kept for up to six (6) months for cookies or tracers measuring the audience and up to thirteen (13) months for the others. Beyond the aforementioned retention periods, your Data will be anonymised and retained exclusively for statistical purposes.
